Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST (subject to change with daylight savings) 
Work type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa | You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment 
Expected start date: April 10, 2025

The Role
At PartnerHero, our Team Lead – Sales Focus is responsible for driving successful sales operations while leading a team of sales associates. This role requires a hands-on approach to cold calling, prospecting, and direct product/service offerings, ensuring the team meets and exceeds performance goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales associates, ensuring they meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct cold calls and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and action plans for improvement.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to support professional growth and optimize sales tactics.
  • Align with the sales leadership team to refine lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
  • Ensure compliance with PartnerHero’s policies and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer pain points to tailor effective sales solutions.
What We Expect From You:
  • Proven hands-on sales experience, including cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Strong leadership and performance management skills, including coaching, action planning, and developing improvement strategies.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales with a focus on outbound sales efforts.
  • Ability to drive results while fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
