The Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer payment reconciliation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments and resolve any billing disputes.
What You’ll Do:
- Process and post daily incoming payments
- Provide collection assistance and resolve all past-due discrepancies with assigned customers
- Manage all chargebacks/disputes for resolution, collaborating with the Sales team for reconciliation as required
- Breakdown of chargebacks from PDF formats to excel, following the steps based on the criteria for each specific format and data needed from them for data entry into the Partner’s accounting system
- Reconcile customer’s accounts and ensure all customer profiles are accurate and complete
- Provide weekly/monthly AR reports for management review
- Assist with audits as required
- Generate and review AR aging reports
- Coding corporate card transactions and ensuring supporting documents are enclosed
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent English skills - spoken and written (EFSET results from C1 or C2 level)
- Up to 2 years of experience in AR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Able to organize daily workload volumes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
