Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm | Sunday and Monday Off
Work type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa | You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment

The Role
We are currently looking for a person with amazing English communication skills and detailed/enthusiastic customer care professionals to help support our growing list of restaurants.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handling customers chats and tickets simultaneously with attentiveness
    • Provide thoughtful answers to complex situations while minimizing the customer’s effort in topics such as: updating menus, links, updating dashboard flexible content
What We Expect From You:
  • Excellent English (spoken and/or written, near-native, C2 level)
  • 6 months or more working on technical customer support experience, preferably supporting emails, and calls 
    • More web, computer, and smartphone-savvy than the average person
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask when faced with numerous projects that require immediate attention
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment:
    • Handle emails, chats and calls simultaneously
    • Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - must be adaptable 
  • Creativity, strong attention to detail, and amazing customer service sensibilities
  • Oriented to feedback. Accepts and gives feedback and understands the importance of it in the work environment
  • Able to work both independently and interest in being part of a team and working in a collaborative culture
