The Role
Are you a visionary designer who loves crafting impactful visuals and mentoring others? At PartnerHero, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer and Illustrator to join our team and bring creative ideas to life. The Senior Graphic Designer & Illustrator is a key creative leader responsible for developing visually compelling, conceptually driven, and performant designs across various platforms, audiences, and funnels. This hybrid role will require 1 or 2 days in the office, depending on your location.

What You’ll Do:
- Brainstorm with the internal team, develop creative concepts, and execute designs for campaigns, branding, digital, print, and multimedia.
- Create custom illustrations and visual assets to enhance brand design system, campaign storytelling, and brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with in-house creative directors, art directors, and internal stakeholders to align designs with project objectives.
- Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance to elevate overall team output.
- Ensure all designs and illustrations adhere to client brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the deliverables innovative and competitive.
- Manage a team of designers, ensuring that their projects are completed within their respective deadlines.
- Help to establish processes and procedures with the growing business of the Partner by developing an understanding of the process, business, and support interaction and creating process suggestions leading to better business outcomes
- Provide constant valuable feedback for all stakeholders - Program Manager, Partner, and Associates
- Lead weekly team meetings or huddles and conduct regular 1:1s with each of your direct reports
- Provide quality feedback to foster improvement for each of your team members and document performance issues or opportunities for development as required
- Coaching sessions and side-by-side feedback (plug-ins)
- Provide and facilitate training to new hires or current associates as needed
- Support/Assist associates during production and assigning associates to new and different tasks as required
- Monitor production levels for each associate (using metric data tools)
What We Expect From You:
- Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- At least 4 + years of experience in graphic design and illustration, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital, print, branding, and multimedia work.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing creative projects from concept to execution.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Knowledge and prior experience working for a tech client, building full-funnel creative assets.
- Experience working with and evolving brand design systems.
- Exceptional skills in hand-drawn and/or digital illustration, with an ability to adapt to various styles to suit project needs.
- Familiarity with creating assets for diverse formats (e.g., social media, websites, video, and print materials).
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for presenting ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- An open mindset for feedback and adaptability to align creative work with client goals.
- Awareness of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to produce innovative and competitive deliverables.
- Knowledge of tools for motion graphics or 3D design (e.g., After Effects, Blender) is a plus.
- WordPress knowledge can be a plus.
