The Role

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping great talent find their perfect fit? We're looking for a recruiting administrator to join our team to support new hire onboarding for Honduras, South Africa, Romania, and the US. This role is the primary point of contact for and provides critical support to new hires, internal HR, and business stakeholders to provide a world-class onboarding experience.

This hybrid role will require 1 day in the office each week.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform and certify the completion of all pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements for all new hires.
  • Ensure timely submission and collection of all new hire paperwork. 
  • Provide consistent and thorough communication with recruiters and candidates. 
  • Partner effectively with other departments, such as HR and IT, to ensure an efficient hiring process. Verify complete accuracy of all data entry responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned and/or necessary.

What we expect from you:

  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with local and remote team members with prior experience in corporate onboarding.
  • Strong English skills.
