The Role
The Virtual Trainer (VT) is responsible for delivering high-quality, live virtual dental training to learners in their local market language. This role ensures consistent knowledge transfer, clinical workflow understanding, and learner engagement across Crescendo’s dental programs.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver live, virtual dental training sessions in the assigned local language
- Facilitate engaging and structured training via Zoom or other virtual platforms
- Translate and localize training content while maintaining clinical accuracy
- Guide learners through clinical dentistry workflows, tools, and best practices
- Assess learner understanding and provide real-time feedback
- Collaborate with global Training, Ops, and QA teams to ensure training quality and consistency
- Participate in a 6-week onboarding and certification program prior to full deployment
What We Expect From You:
- Native or near-native proficiency in the assigned local market language
- Fully proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and teaching skills
- Familiarity with clinical dentistry workflows (clinical, operational, or training background)
- Proven ability to train live in a virtual environment
- Comfortable using Zoom and other virtual training tools
- Able to work remotely while fully aligned to the market’s time zone
- Previous experience in dental education or dental experience.
- Experience training multicultural or international audiences
- Background in virtual or blended learning environments
- Structured 6-week onboarding program covering:
- Crescendo standards and methodology
- Clinical workflow alignment
- Training delivery certification
