You’ll respond to inquiries through calls, email, chat, and text, provide clear product information, and guide customers through any issues they’re facing. Because the product relates to women’s health, this role requires handling sensitive information with care and full HIPAA training.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support customers through calls, email, chat, and text.
  • Answer product questions, walk customers through troubleshooting, and offer simple, accurate guidance.
  • Document all interactions in Zendesk and follow HIPAA requirements when handling protected health information.
  • Communicate with empathy, stay responsive, and ensure customers feel heard.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and suggest improvements to support processes.
  • Stay current on product updates, procedures, and new support workflows.

What We Expect From You:

  • Previous experience in customer support or a strong interest in helping people.
  • Comfortable using Zendesk or a similar support tool.
  • Strong communication skills, good judgment, and a calm approach to problem-solving.
  • HIPAA training or willingness to complete it.
  • A team mindset and a genuine interest in supporting women’s health.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or wellness.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (EFSET C2 required)
  • Effective time management with punctuality and schedule adherence
  • Background supporting a technical or early-stage product.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
  • Paid Sabbatical Leave
  • Training and professional development opportunities
