About The Role

Do you like helping others? We are looking for talented folks to join our Compliance Support teams. We have a range of opportunities available for people who have built a career in the customer support space and those looking to break into the industry. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional, friendly, and empathetic customer support via email to users of a leading LGBTQ+ dating platform
  • Help uphold the platform’s Community Guidelines by identifying and addressing policy violations with accuracy and sensitivity
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns using strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail
  • Navigate multiple tools and systems confidently across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
  • Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet individual and team goals
  • Flag process inconsistencies and report them to Team Leads and management for continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Trust & Safety team to escalate sensitive or complex user issues for further review and resolution
