The Role

We’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator who delivers the same level of care to our employees that they deliver to our partners’ customers. You’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace, making sure our San Pedro Sula office runs smoothly while also supporting our team in Tegucigalpa.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to help others. You should enjoy solving problems, working hands-on, and staying one step ahead of what people need.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work along the SPS Workplace team members with daily operations
  • Be the main point of contact for employees and visitors
  • Work closely with the Human Resources, IT, Finance and Operations departments
  • Respond to tickets and help-desk inquiries in a timely, friendly manner
  • Coordinate courier pickups and deliveries, both locally and nationwide
  • Help with office services like receiving packages, tracking assets, and organizing supplies
  • Provide local support to global teams (reservations, gift quotes, deliveries, etc.)
  • Keep the office safe, clean, and efficient by following Workplace policies
  • Assist other teams with workplace-related admin tasks
  • Processing invoices, managing petty cash, and/or preparing budgets
  • Build strong internal relationships to keep things running smoothly
 

What We Expect From You:

  • Advanced (C1-C2) English Proficiency; spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure situations and remain approachable
  • Time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Customer-first mindset with great problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable lifting up to 15 lbs when needed
  • Tech savvy – know how to troubleshoot minor tech issues (printers, projectors, Zoom, etc)
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and project management tools
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and budget tracking to keep control of daily expenses
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in customer service or admin support
