The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional customer service across multiple channels, with a particular focus on omnichannel support. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a proven track record of resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

 
What you'll do:
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy. Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or assistance.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Use problem-solving skills and product knowledge to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.

What we expect from you:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
