The Role
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our team! The successful candidate will be able to dig deep into unfamiliar data sets and sometimes vague documentation to turn table rows into high-fidelity representations of real-life actions. They will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.
This data analyst will conduct a full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. They will also develop analysis and reporting capabilities and, in addition, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Generating raw data reports and exports in various SaaS systems
- Transforming raw data into a clear picture of the work being done within those systems
- Creating internal and client-facing reporting to measure CX programs according to KPIs, incorporating feedback from a broad set of stakeholders
- Collaborating with the Implementation Lead to help individual program managers and team leads understand their program’s data
- Helping maintain clean and organized data sources
- Collaborating with the Implementation Lead to develop standard processes/templates for gathering data, receiving requirements from stakeholders, and validating assumptions with stakeholders
- Identifying and correcting data quality issues
- Synthesizing ambiguous data sets into insightful and clear analysis
- Aggregating data from different sources into unified and comprehensive reports
- Enabling reporting solutions that enable users to self-server for analytics & reporting need
- 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst or in any data-heavy role with similar capacity
- SQL experience, including managing databases and refining queries/structures for efficiency and performance
- Experience using SQL and any/all tools available to better understand complex data sets
- Demonstrated ability to clearly document and communicate complex information, like data structures and operational processes
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Google Data Studio, Tableau, Chartio, or Plotly
- Demonstrated capacity for learning new business logic and industry best practice
- Familiarity with numerous CX / CRM platforms, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Help Scout, and Freshdesk
- Familiarity with common KPIs, benchmarks, and reporting best practices in a CX contexts
- Intermediate experience with Python for data analysis
- Experience with Google BigQuery, BigTable, Pipelines, Cloud Functions, and/or Data Studio
