The Role
The Trust & Safety Specialist Level 1 is responsible for providing courteous and effective support to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves assisting with compliance-related inquiries and tasks via machine learning tools, ticketing systems, and other communication channels.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and compliance support via ticketing systems/ email
- Address compliance-related queries with clarity and professionalism
- Document client interactions and resolutions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt issue resolution
- Conduct initial analysis of compliance cases, escalating as needed to the Compliance Level 2 team
- Stay updated on company policies, compliance procedures, and industry regulations
What we Expect from you:
- Prior experience in customer support
- Strong internet service to enable uninterrupted communication and task completion
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud, is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Technical proficiency with an aptitude to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with any shift, as well as weekend schedules
