You thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping guide new customers through their onboarding journey while also driving revenue growth by converting inbound leads and conducting warm outbound outreach. You have experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages - German, French - a plus), and a consultative, proactive approach. You manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and you bring a high degree of empathy, adaptability, and professionalism. Above all, you are excited to deliver world-class service while driving growth in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as subject matter expert on our top fintech partner’s expense management, card, and travel solutions
  • Guide new leads through the onboarding process and help drive feature adoption.
  • Educate leads and customers on best practices to maximize business value from the platform.
  • Conduct scheduled calls and manage communications via email with assigned sales leads.
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
  • Support integration setup with accounting platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero.
  • Track and report key metrics related to sales activities and conversions.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs and product enhancements to internal teams.
  • Execute warm outbound campaigns to generate new opportunities.
  • Convert inbound leads into successful customers through consultative sales.
  • Continuously improve sales and onboarding processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Appropriately follow policies, procedures, and escalation and transfer workflow to ensure an effortless experience
  • You maintain essential program knowledge that is critical for our partner and their clients
  • You perform project duties and tasks that are within your skill and expertise level, as assigned by program management

What We Expect From You:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales onboarding, customer success, or related role in SaaS or fintech.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and quotas in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset with a passion for delivering customer value.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning and explaining software tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, and sales enablement tools like Gong.
  • Surface knowledge of accounting practices or experience working with accounting teams is preferred.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions and customer presentations.
  • Experience supporting or implementing integrations with systems like NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero is a plus.
  • High degree of organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Comfortable working across time zones in a remote environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, support, and engineering.
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and professional demeanor in all customer and internal interactions.
  • Driven by curiosity, continuous improvement, and personal accountability.

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Full-time with the potential for overtime if requested
  • Competitive compensation based on experience
  • Attractive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options based on location
  • Access to free posture-based fitness workouts from home
  • Paid Sabbatical Leave
  • Training opportunities provided by PartnerHero and outside entities
