The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospecting and Engaging New Customers – about 85% timing.
    • Make outbound calls to a provided list or self-sourced leads to introduce the pop-up card products.
    • Identify customer needs, consult on suitable product packages, and close the first order.
    • Persuade customers to place orders through the platform program.
    • Record and update detailed call outcomes and customer interactions in the tracking system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and develop initiatives that enhance the success rate of new customer acquisition.
  • Post-First-Order Customer Care – about 13% timing.
    • Monitor the status of first-time orders to ensure customer satisfaction with both products and service.
    • Recommend additional product lines to encourage a second order.
    • Propose seasonal promotions and assist customers in selecting new items aligned with their business goals and timing.
  • Support & Issue Resolution – about 2% timing.
    • Handle initial inquiries and concerns from existing customers regarding products, orders, or wholesale policies.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Admin team to escalate and follow up on more complex issues.
  • Ensure customers receive timely and accurate responses to maintain satisfaction and trust.

What We Expect From You:

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another sales/customer service role
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota, preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
