What You'll Do
Recruitment Reporting & Analytics (Primary)
- Own the design, maintenance, and delivery of weekly, monthly, and quarterly TA reports

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ATS and related TA tools
- Analyze hiring trends, risks, and bottlenecks across roles, geographies, and programs
- Provide leadership-ready insights and clear recommendations, not just raw data
- Support workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and hiring demand visibility

- Partner with Talent Marketing on recruitment branding and attraction initiatives, tracking performance and outcomes
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience, hiring speed, and quality

- Support enhancements to source tracking, campaign attribution, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure reporting frameworks align with TA processes and compliance requirements
- Maintain reporting templates, documentation, and best practices
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with TA Managers, Global Sourcing, Recruiters, and Talent Marketing
- Present insights and recommendations to TA leadership and stakeholders
- Support client or internal reporting needs where applicable
- Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment performance and improvement opportunities
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Accuracy, timeliness, and adoption of TA reports
- Reduction in hiring bottlenecks and time-to-fill
- Measurable impact of TA initiatives launched
- Stakeholder satisfaction with insights and recommendations
- Standardization and maturity of TA reporting frameworks
Why This Role Matters
This role ensures Talent Acquisition decisions are data-driven and outcome-focused, bridging the gap between reporting and action. By owning both insights and initiatives, this role directly contributes to faster, better, and more scalable hiring outcomes.

- Proven experience owning end-to-end TA reporting
- Strong ability to translate data into practical, actionable initiatives
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
