The Role
As part of our fast-growing team, you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations accurate, efficient, and future-ready. We’re looking for an Accounting Specialist who can manage daily reconciliations, settlements, and disbursements across our payments platform—ensuring every transaction aligns with precision.
You'll be reporting to the Revenue Manager and partner with Finance, Product, and Operations to resolve discrepancies, refine workflows, and strengthen revenue processes. You’ll bring strong accounting fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for solving problems through smart, data-driven insights. - Monitor daily settlements, disbursements, and money movement for accuracy
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations and resolve variances
- Support invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable processes
- Assist with month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and reports
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve workflow
- Maintain clear documentation for accounting and financial procedures
- Identify process gaps, propose automation, and support system improvements
- Communicate findings and updates clearly to internal and external partners
What We Expect From You:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Related field
- Curiosity to learn new systems and financial processes
- Basic foundational knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principal (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP, and reconciliation tools
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, accountable, and proactive in driving improvements
