The Role
PartnerHero is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support operational challenges as well as maintain and improve our operations. You’ll track and report inventory compliances and behavior in consumption. You’ll work on processing and reconciling invoices for payment. Additionally, you’ll perform data entry, data reconciliation, and data analysis to identify trends and variances. We require strong analytical skills and a high proficiency in Excel and Google-sheets.

What You’ll Do:

Identify trends and opportunities for improvement of operations through analysis of complex data sets.
Evaluate internal reports for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships.
Real-time inventory management, generating inbound and outbound transactions and reconciling discrepancies.
Coordinate and monitor shipments with freight companies ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

What We Expect From You:

Excellent English (spoken and written)
Proven analytic skills, including evaluation, analysis, visualization and attention to detail.
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools
Work with technical staff to make reports easier to digest and thus need fewer instructions
Use critical thinking skills to analyze, organize and present reports on different parts of the organization
Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders (engineers to sales) and possess solid presentation skills
Learn independently; know when to ask for help, but prefer to try to figure something out on your own first
Ability to flourish with minimal supervision and thrives working independently
Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
At least 1 year of experience in logistics or similar roles
If you already have any of the skills below that is a big plus, if not we will teach you!
- Experience using CRMs (e.g. SalesForce)
- Experience using ticketing platforms (e.g. Jira)
- Experience using inventory management systems (e.g. Fishbowl)
- Experience understanding technical processes
