The Role
At PartnerHero, we strive to offer superior software quality services to various companies worldwide in need of setting up or strengthening their QA processes.

As a Backend Support Engineer, you will be working on an AI software QA tool that is rising in popularity very quickly. Your major focus will be to help improve the tool by understanding how it works, providing suggestions for growth, and working with IT clients to ensure their setup and code is working properly. Your role will require independence and strict adherence to deadlines. This role offers a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to learn and grow, but your experience with software development and QA concepts will also come in handy. This is a full-time position that includes benefits

Qualifications:

Absolute must haves:
  • Proficiency in working with noSQL, SQL databases, specifically MongoDB and CosmosDB, is mandatory.
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure and the ability to work with Azure logs or a similar system
  • A solid understanding of API integrations is necessary and any previous experience with API testing/debugging and development tools like Postman or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in using FTP (File Transfer Protocol) and related tools, such as Filezilla, is preferred. Understanding how to securely transfer files and manage FTP configurations is advantageous.
  • Incident Management experience and working with alerting tools like Grafana/spunk/Squadcast
  • Bug testing and reporting to product/development team
  • Advanced troubleshooting in complex software (Datadog, Redshift, etc)
Flexible:
  • Experience with programming languages/coding JavaScript like C++, C#, or Python.
  • Hardware/device support and/or troubleshooting
  • Server/driver installation
  • Software Development
