The Role
We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to provide support for one of our partners. As a recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting a seamless, organized, and high-quality hiring experience for incoming clinicians. You'll work closely with the Clinical Talent Acquisition team to manage candidate pipelines, execute essential preboarding tasks, and maintain the integrity of hiring data and documentation. This is a hybrid position where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will be key to success.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage candidate progress within the applicant tracking system (Ashby), ensuring timely and accurate updates
- Execute preboarding tasks such as adding new hires to Airtable, initiating checklists, and submitting REEL-4 protocol orders
- Coordinate reference checks, including sending requests, updating statuses, and following up to ensure completion
- Conduct regular audits of candidate records, references, and preboarding materials for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary
- Support various administrative needs to help streamline the hiring and onboarding processes
What We Expect From You:
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or healthcare onboarding
- Comfort working in high-volume or remote hiring environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication and professional judgment
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with minimal supervision
- Respect for confidential information and discretion in handling sensitive data
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Airtable, applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred), and collaboration tools like Slack and Trello
