The Role
At PartnerHero, our Technical Support Specialist provides technical customer service and accounts management support, resolution, and follow-ups to our client's customers by answering their tickets, chats, and eventual scheduled calls. You will manage several accounts and follow up with customers to aid them in managing their accounts specially. You will also be assigned side projects to manage on your own keeping your performance and quality standards flawless.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical customer support and accounts management support, resolution, and follow-ups to customers via tickets, chats, and scheduled calls
  • Manage several accounts and follow-up with customers to aid them in managing their accounts
What We Expect From You:
  • Exceptional English writing/speaking skills (near-native)
  • Customer service experience (+2 years minimum)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using technology -- Slack and email -- as a primary form of communication
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • Work under minimum supervision
