The Role
At PartnerHero, our Retention and Sales Specialist will see each contact as an opportunity to sell high-quality goods, resolve people's issues, and wow customers with expert knowledge of products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer questions and probe customer interests to find the best product for each person's needs and saving refunds when an opportunity arises - enrolling customer in a high-benefit subscription program
  • Provide customers with solutions and adding value to their current subscriptions, informing them of their perks with the products they are affiliated with, and falling back to other options if necessary. Focus on resolving customer issues or concerns with our products to avoid subscription cancellations, and use all tools and compensations as necessary
  • Provide the best customer support experience for our customer base. All inquiries will be resolved via phone and email
  • Support your team members by sharing experiences and knowledge and identifying ways to grow together. Engage in Quality Assurance practices for peer feedback and constant improvement. Contributing to updating training materials and mentoring new team members
  • Escalate matters to your team lead of the in-house team that requires additional attention per workflow
  • Assist with documenting team policies, and processes to streamline more optimized operations
What We Expect From You:
  • Support daily customer service and sales call and email volume (95% phone, 5% email)
  • Attend weekly team meetings for product updates, training
  • Receive and incorporate regular feedback from your manager and peers through quality coaching meetings
  • Dependable: on-time for every scheduled shift and available when needed
  • Excellent speaking and written communication skills. Able to surface an issue, concern, or doubt to your manager professionally and accurately
  • Able to work independently and in a remote team environment
  • Able to follow rigorous instructions, and establish documentation
