The Role
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Global Sourcing and Branding team. This role plays a critical part in keeping our hiring engine running smoothly — working across sourcing, demand and supply alignment, interview logistics, and reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about helping talent find the right opportunities.
What You'll Do:
Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to align recruitment activity with workforce plans and talent needs
Support sourcing efforts by managing job postings, resume screening, and applicant flow tracking
Monitor demand-supply dashboards and help prioritize recruitment pipeline activity
Own end-to-end interview coordination, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate records and job statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR or equivalent)
Build and maintain regular TA dashboards, reports, and hiring funnel updates
Participate in recruiting events, sourcing campaigns, and operational improvement initiatives
What We Expect From You:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment systems; experience with JazzHR is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
A collaborative mindset and an eagerness to grow in the recruitment field
