Work type and Location: Hybrid - San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa | You are required to go to the office on Mondays and Tuesdays during the first 60 days of employment

The Role
As an HR Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction by managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails and chats, and addressing HR-related queries. You’ll work closely with various departments and be in direct contact with managers to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns and smooth coordination between teams.

The role involves a combination of excellent communication skills, multitasking, and the ability to escalate issues to employees' managers when necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from employees regarding HR-related inquiries, such as benefits, payroll, leave requests, and workplace policies.
  • Conduct outbound communication to provide follow-ups or relay important HR updates.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve employee issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of employee interactions and issues.
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring a positive experience with HR services.
What We Expect From You:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably supporting customers via phone or email.
  • Excellent English skills; written and verbal skills are a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and software 
  • Possess critical thinking, empathy, active listening, initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills; Punctuality and adherence to schedule required
  • Work well with your team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and support.
  • Comfortably manage multiple tasks, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and live chats while staying organized.
