  • Handle privacy-related requests in accordance with established procedures
  • Identify trends and patterns, and escalate issues to the appropriate individuals and teams
  • Review and process a high volume of reports efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy
  • Apply internal guidelines and report instances of harmful or illicit content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Trust & Safety–related inquiries
  • Preserve evidence of illegal and harmful content to support legal requests from law enforcement agencies, regulators, and other third parties, in compliance with the partner's Privacy Policy
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members
  • Support Trust & Safety consultations from CX and Moderation teams through established communication channels

What We Expect From You:

  • A genuine interest in supporting the LGBTQ+ community and a willingness to continuously educate yourself on related topics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in clear, simple terms
  • A high level of discretion, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality and trust
  • Openness to feedback and a growth-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative, team-driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processes
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Resilience and passion for Trust & Safety work, recognizing that the nature of the role can be challenging
  • Familiarity with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, DSA, and LGPD is a plus

What You’ll Get In Return:

  • Be part of a people-first, values-driven organization
  • Work with innovative global partners and diverse teams
  • Hybrid working arrangements
  • Competitive base salary
  • Generous paid time off
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision options that are applicable per country of residence for all our full-time employees
