About The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Marketing Associate to join one of our successful campaign teams. In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our customers, both existing members and potential new ones. You’ll help drive customer engagement, generate new leads, nurture relationships, and support our mission.
This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where your creativity, communication skills, and strategic thinking will make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute targeted email and multi-touch campaigns to engage both existing customers and new prospects.
- Anticipate and overcome customer objections to drive conversions and retention.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify new business opportunities that lead to closed revenue.
- Assess and understand prospects’ business goals to determine if our offering is a strategic fit for their growth.
- Build trust and foster long-term relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Manage and grow online community engagement across platforms such as social media, Facebook Groups, and Nextdoor.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Assist with the development of content for our website, social media, blog, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
What We Expect From You:
- Excellent English skills, both verbal and written (must be at the C2 level)
- At least 1+ years in marketing, graphic design or a related field.
- Proven track record in prospecting, emailing, and converting leads.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
- Experience using Zendesk and various social media management platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated by achieving well-defined monthly goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including PartnerHero Support and our distribution team.
